Podvodná jednání, jejich ekonomické a právní aspekty

Abstract

Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo zjistit příčiny a důsledky podvodných jednání z hlediska ekonomického a právního, tyto podvody klasifikovat ve světle trestního práva a následně navrhnout možnosti prevence a předcházení podvodným jednáním. Práce se skládá z pěti kapitol. První kapitolou je úvod, v níž jsem nastínila téma mé diplomové práce, ve druhé kapitole rozebírám příčiny a důsledky podvodných jednání z hlediska ekonomického a právního, přičemž jsem zde zařadila i historii podvodů, jež dnešním podvodům předcházela. Ve třetí kapitole jsem se věnovala klasifikaci podvodných jednání ve světle trestního práva. Možnosti prevence a předcházení podvodným jednáním je obsaženo ve čtvrté kapitole a poslední kapitolou je závěr.

The objective of my diploma thesis was to investigate the causes and consequences of deceits in terms of Economic and Legal to classify these deceits in the light of criminal law and then propose the possibility of prevention and prevention of deceits. The diploma thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction in which I outlined my thesis in the second chapter I analyze the causes and consequences of deceits in terms of Economic and Legal and I have included the history of deceits which preceded today's deceits. The third chapter is devoted to the classification of deceits in the light of criminal law. Possibilities of prevention and prevention of deceits in the fourth chapter and the last chapter is the conclusion.
