Leader of Bachelor Degree Thesis Ing. Šárka Bernatíková, Ph.D. This bachelor thesis deals with risk evaluation during the kitchen operation of Třinecké gastroslužby s.r.o. company. The aim of the thesis is to identify risks on the workplace and a proposition of effective management system leading to risk reduction. The theoretical part of the thesis provides an introduction to the issue of risk management and it´s connection to Health and Safety on a workplace. The content of the practical part involves a description of current situation of the workplace, risk assessment in the Main kitchen in Třinecké gastroslužby and a propositon to risk reduction.
