Abstract

The bachelor thesis discusses the job descriptions. The theme was addressed in a construction company that specializes in building construction. The goal of this paper work is to use job analysis to create job descriptions and find appropriate solutions to improve and streamline the activities carried out within the organization. The work consists of three main parts. The first part is theoretical and there are basic concepts and definitions. There are also described the theoretical basis for organization, organizational structures, job analysis and job descriptions. More details are discussed in this part of the sources and methods of collecting information for analysis jobs. The second part describes the selected company, and a detailed analysis of its organizational structures. The third and final part is practical and addresses are already making concrete analysis of jobs and developing job descriptions. This section also includes suggestions and recommendations for the copany.
