BOZP v obchodní společnosti

Abstract

Cílem mé diplomové práce je analýza BOZP ve společnosti Vlčnovská stavební s.r.o., zhodnotit pracovní podmínky zaměstnanců a na základě získaných poznatků vytvořit pro společnost směrnici sloužící k zajištění BOZP a navrhnout doporučení vedoucí ke zvýšení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. V teoretické části je charakterizována BOZP na základě dostupné odborné literatury, platných zákonů a předpisů. Pozornost je věnována také dozoru nad dodržováním BOZP. V praktické části je analyzována BOZP v obchodní společnosti a pracovní podmínky zaměstnanců, pracovní úrazy i provedené dechové zkoušky na alkohol v těle zaměstnanců. Součástí praktické části je analýza BOZP z pohledu zaměstnanců sestavená na základě dotazníku přiloženém v příloze. Jako příloha je přiložena směrnice k zajištění BOZP.V části hodnotící je zhodnocena BOZP ve společnosti a navrhnuta doporučení, která povedou ke zvýšení bezpečnosti a spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Diplomová práce je přínosem pro společnost Vlčnovská stavební s.r.o., neboť společnost doposud ucelenou směrnici k zajištění BOZP neměla sestavenou.

The aim of my diploma thesis is to analyze occupational health and safety in the company Vlčnovská stavební s.r.o., to evaluate working conditions of the employees. Based on this information, OHS regulation would be created in order to improve safety and health conditions in the company. In theoretical part, there is OHS characterized following from professional literature, valid law and legal regulations. Supervision over OHS is also being paid attention to. Practical part of the thesis deals with analysis of OHS in the company as well as working conditions of the employees, working injuries and alcohol tests. Analysis of OHS based on the employees´ point of view is a part of the thesis, too. The analysis is based on the questionnaire being a part of attachments. the OHS regulation is also a part of attachments. Evaluation involves OHS in the company and recommendations are offered in order to improve safety and health of the employees as well as their satisfaction. The thesis can be contributing to the company Vlčnovská stavební s.r.o. because it has not had such regulation determined.
