Aplikace počítačového programu SFÉRA při posuzování rizika územního celku

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis is dedicated to the SFERA computer program problems, when used for risk assessment of territorial unit and it's further possible use. This pertinence is basically defined by comparing with other methods for risk analysis of territorial unit. The thesis includes information about currently used methods of risk rating. Text also includes the proposal of summary book of risks, which could appear in the territorial unit. The work with SFERA program itself is described on an object (property), which was chosen for its importance for running the city.
