Pasportizace budovy v CAFM systému

Abstract

The overall focus of the Bachelor thesis was on pasportizaci the building of the Magistrat city Opava, Krnovska, specifically in the area of the building with the designation of the 71C. Pasportizace deals with facility management, for this reason, in the introductory part of my work is to familiarize yourself with this scope. Also here is the divorced the concept of pasportizace and used by the software. The largest chapter is a practical solution that works. Created by pasportizační, the data is created in the software, Pit-FM, which serves to link the CAFM, some of the data, however, are processed in Microsoft Office Excel. Part of the work is the drawing, showing functional areas according to the types of operation. According to the requirements of the Department of property of the city, I laid down and the normal price of the real estate. The total number of numbered party is 37.
