Technologické zhodnocení suroviny z odkaliště Carbol - lokalita Dukla

Abstract

Práce se zabývá problematikou odkaliště Carbol - lokalita Důl Dukla. Popisuje způsob úpravy uhlí i problém vzniku odkališť a jejich dopad na životní prostředí. V první části je popsán vznik černého uhlí a historie Dolu Dukla. Navazuje problematika jemnozrnných odpadů s popisem těžby a úpravy uhlí až po ukládání do odkališť. V experimentální části jsou provedeny zkušební flotace s různými reagenciemi a dávkováním. Na základě těchto testů je provedeno matematické a grafické vyhodnocení. V závěru je vybrána nejvhodnější flotační reagencie i způsob dávkování. Grafické zpracování je přiloženo v příloze.

The thesis deals with sludge bed Carbol - Dukla mine locality. It describes coal processing methods as well as the problem of sludges´ origination and their impact on the environment. In the first part, there is described coal origin and history of the Dukla mine. Fine waste issues and mining description follow together with coal processing and depositing to sludge beds. In the experimental part trial flotations and dosing have been carried out. Based on these tests mathematical and graphical evaluation has been done. In the conclusion the most suitable flotation reagency as well as dosing method is chosen. Graphical part it to be found in the annex.
