Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the proposal of the Crisis preparedness plan for VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava. It is primary a way of performing the tasks and measures arising from the agreement on cooperation between the Czech Republic – Fire brigade of Moravian-silesian region and VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava. The main reason for the conclusion of the cooperation agreement is to provide emergency accommodation in the campus of the VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava and emergency meals in the canteen premises for evacuated persons stricken by an extraordinary event or crisis situation.
