Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the issue of control in public administration, which is realized at the highest level of the state. Such a form of control in the Czech Republic is ensured by the Supreme Audit Office, which ensures the financial and economic control of the state. Attention is focused on the tasks and economy of the Supreme Audit Office. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the security of tasks and economy in terms of the Supreme Audit Office for the period 2011 - 2015. Securing tasks in this bachelor thesis means organizing the division of labor and the authority of the various bodies of the Supreme Audit Office. By securing the economy of the SAO, the Bachelor's Thesis is understood as the SAO's operating expenses, with attention being paid to operating and wage costs. Economic evaluation is realized through a horizontal analysis of revenues, expenditures and selected analytical indicators, ie internal wage demands and operating costs.
