Globální diagnostika podniku v průmyslovém odvětví

Abstract

Předmětem práce je globální diagnostika podniku v průmyslovém odvětí, rozbor je proveden na společnosti Kofola a.s. se sídlem v Krnově. V teoretické části je popsána charakteristika společnosti, jsou vysvětleny pojmy zabývající se globální diagnostikou společnosti, jsou jednotlivě popsány vybrané metody, používané pro diagnostikování společnosti. V praktické části je provedena finanční analýza společnosti Kofola a.s., bankrotní a bonitní modely, SWOT analýza a analýza, zabývající se konkurenčním prostředím společnosti. Na základě získaných teoretických poznatků a výsledků provedených analýz, je v závěrečné části práce navržena a zdůvodněn záměr činnosti pro budoucí období společnosti Kofola a.s.

This thesis investigates the global diagnostics company in the industrial sector. The analysis is done on Kofola a.s. based in Krnov. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of the company, explains the concepts involved in the global diagnostics of the company and describes individually selected methods used to diagnose company. The practical part of the financial analysis Kofola a.s. contains bankruptcy and credibility models, SWOT analysis and analysis dealing with the competitive ambient of the company. In the final part of the work there is proposed and causative action plan for the future of Kofola a.s. based on the theoretical knowledge and the results of the analyzes.
