Kateřina Kubenková, Ph.D. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to develop project documentation for the construction of an apartment building according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by amendment No. 405/2017 Coll. About construction documentation. It is an apartment building with four above-ground floors with a vegetated flat roof. Two commercial spaces are proposed on the 1st floor, one of which will function as a cafe and the other as an antiquarian bookshop.
