Zhodnocení zákaznického portfolia vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on an analysis of customers in company Elektrocentrum trading spol. s r.o. which has been in the market with electrical installation materials and lighting fixtures. The project deals with the composition of the customer portfolio and the identification of the benefits of individual customers in the field of sales and profit using the Pareto analysis and the Ishikawa diagram. Based on Pareto's analysis of sales and then Paret's analysis of individual customer profits, the synthesis of analyzed data led to the definition of key customers of the company. The Ishikawa diagram shows that high profits are generated by the demand of investors, small businesses and traders. If management wants to increase company efficiency, it should strive to increase customer yields from investors and try to expand their portfolio, as investors bring the company the most benefit.
