Thesis Supervisor: Ing. arch. Pavel Řihák, Ph.D. The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design of an office building located in a gap site. The site is situated in the Vítkovice cadastral area. The scope of the work corresponds to a partial set of project documentation for the construction execution stage. The basis for this thesis is an architectural study developed in the course Ateliérová tvorba II – academic year 2023/2024, supervised by Ing. arch. Sandra Jüttnerová. This study was subsequently revised in the course Ateliérová tvorba V – academic year 2025/2026, supervised by Ing. arch. Pavel Řihák, Ph.D., with consultations provided by Ing. Marcela Halířová, Ph.D. The drawing documentation was developed within this course. The bachelor’s thesis consists of a technical report relating to the designed building and drawing documentation featuring the architectural design.
