Abstract

The dissertation is processing topic: „ Urban study of the locality ”Smečno“. Its task is to demonstrate variants of proper housing in named area. The size of the dissertation is 67 pages of text and 22 plans. Exordium solve theoretical principles, which define necessary range of theoretical knowledge and basic informations about solve area. Main part of dissertation solves an urban problem with regard to ground plan and limits of the area. It includes not only concept of housing, but also concept of public site, traffic and technical infrastructure. Designed family houses are laboured in study range and offer necessary basic informations like dimensionals, constructionals and dispositionals characteristics. At the end of dissertation is resume and evaluation of concept of solutions.
