Bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci a její analýza u vybraného zaměstnavatele

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with occupational health and safety and its analysis in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate whether in this company the rules of OHS are followed. The theoretical part elaborates the legal regulations of OHS and further, there are risks at work and their prevention evaluated. Working injuries, regular medical check-ups and their importance are characterized in more detail. The practical part examines this issue in a chosen company from different points of view – whether OSH rules are being followed, whether regular training of employees is taking place and a specific solution of working injury is dealt with. There was a questionnaire survey provided addressing employees, which is analyzed and assessed. In the conclusion, there are improving measures recommended based on the survey analysis.
