Abstract

This doctoral thesis deals with resolving complaints on the quality of electricity incurred by the electricity consumers. The issue of complaints on the quality of the electricity in this doctoral thesis addressed both in terms of legislation, that is, an analysis of the key power quality standards EN 50160 ed.3, and also in terms of solving the time, place, method of notification and justification of the complaint on power quality . The legitimacy of complaints on power quality analysis was performed comparing a database of complaints on power quality measurement data of power quality in selected locations in northern Moravia, with frequent complaints about the quality of electricity. The actual measurement of power quality parameters is performed at levels low, high and very high voltage and the results are compared with the standard EN 50160 ed.3. The results of the measurement power quality parameters and compared the data of complaints on the quality of electrical energy is used not only to assess the legitimacy of complaints about the quality of electrical energy, but also can serve as a basis for monitoring sites with frequent complaints about the quality of electricity or places with poor power quality.
