Abstract

My final thesis is focused on public transport in South Moravian region. Exactly, it is focused on the Integrated trasport system of this region. The aim was to evaluate the transport services of this region and give some recommendation how to improve it. Operating centers were given on the basis of my own commuting experience. On this basis the transport services of South Moravian region were analysed. The analysis show that the transport service is at a very high level, even superior, in comparison to the size of the area. The results of the analysis are the recommendations that should help to improve the situation on weekdays and during bank holidays. Further development of integrated transport system in the region is realized by the subjects responsible for the system.
