Abstract

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is preparation of documentation for a residential building to the extent of construction according to decree 131/2024 on construction documentation asi in the law 283/2024 - building law. The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is a four-story residential building without a basement. The building is equipped with balconies and barrier-free entrance. The building contains of 9 residential units. Six of them are four-room with bathroom, separate toilet and two balconies. Three of them are one-room with bathroom. There’s also a barrier-free apartment on the second floor.

The thesis includes a thermal assessment of flooring composition on base floor, on balconies and in attic and perimeter walls according to ČSN 73540-2 (2011) and static calculation of the monolithic reinforced concrete staircase according to ČSN 1991-1-1-1 (73 0035) and ČSN EN 1992-1-1 (73 1201).
