Abstract

The bachelor thesis, called Determination of wear residential building is used by the reader to determine the wear of real estate within the life cycle of a building. The aim of this bachelor thesis was the proposal of various methods for determination of wear of a residential building, and their realization on selected object. Further, the purpose of the subsequent planning of repairs and reconstruction works was based on physical life. The thesis also deals with the explanation of basic concepts related to the given issue. Part of the bachelor thesis is the calculations and procedures, which allow to see in practice the determination of wear in real situations. The final part of the bachelor thesis describes the possibilities of improvement.
