Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to analyse the market position of the Leisure centre and suggest an appropriate marketing strategy for its future expansion. The analytic part consists of customers´ satisfaction measurement and analyses of demand and competition in the nearest surrounding. Final suggestions and recommendations are settled according to the instruments of the marketing mix services. Within the suggested strategy some arrangements are also given, which should attract new customers from the groups of tourist in the region.
