Problematika zajištění BOZP mezi vybraným podnikem s HČ a ČPHZ a dodavatelskými firmami

Abstract

The introductory part of the thesis presents the topic of occupational health and safety. I also described the basic legislation concerning, firstly, the generally applicable legislation, then the most important legislation in the mining area. In the course of the introduction, I continue to address some of the OSH issues. Furthermore, I described my chosen company in my work and I have written their system of occupational health and safety. In the third chapter I deal with the employer's duties. Then I defined the basic problem areas and described how my chosen business is creating solutions for specific areas. At the end of my work I dealt with one big subgroup of shortcomings concerning external companies. I described where I can see the shortcomings and suggested a way of solving. In the end I mentioned a solution in the selected company.
