Kritéria pro určování prvků kritické infrastruktury silniční dopravy

Abstract

The thesis deals with the applicability of sectoral and cross-cutting criteria of critical infrastructure in the road transport sub-sector. The first part contains the theoretical framework which includes the terminology, the legislation and the policy documents and the description of the critical infrastructure focused on the road infrastructure. Another part deals with the road transport infrastructure analysis with subsequent analysis of three critical elements in the road transport. Within this part one of the critical elements is selected, the one with the most critical value. It is followed by analysis of the critical element´s collapse impact with the subsequent comparison of the existing sectoral and cross-cutting criteria in order to verify their practical applicability. In conclusion there is the proposal of sectoral and cross-cutting criteria modification to identify the critical infrastructure elements in the road transport sub-sector and their subsequent verification on the selected element.
