The subject of this thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional building in Pilsen. It is a building without a basement, with an atypical floor plan and a flat roof, divided into three parts according to their function: residential, commercial, and storage space. The building has a maximum of two above-ground floors. The main load-bearing system consists of a steel skeleton anchored to reinforced concrete footings. The thesis includes the preparation of a technical report, a thermal assessment of the perimeter structures, an energy label for the building envelope, a static calculation of the selected element and drawing documentation.
