Abstract

The technological procedures for the basic structure of an apartment block: Bachelor's thesis. VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering, 2020/2021, Thesis supervisor: Ing. Pavel Vlček, Ph.D.

The general theme of my bachelor's thesis is a partial part of the project documentation for building permits prepared in accordance with Public Notice No. 405/2017 Coll. It is a three-storey non-basement apartment block constructed by the HELUZ system of fittings with an irregular floor plan that will be covered with a flat single-skin roof. There are 10 residential units within the apartment block. On the first floor, there are also communal areas including a cycle / pram store, a utility room and a cellar assigned to each apartment unit.

The primary focus of my bachelor's thesis is to process the construction technology of the foundation, including its time schedule and itemised budget.

The aim of my bachelor's thesis is the comprehensive design of a reinforced concrete structured foundation.
