Abstract
This bachelor work is focused on two areas, which together might at first glance may not so related. The first of these is the issue of human resource management that specifically deals with the difficult subject of evaluation and reward creative workers in the production company. The second area of focus is the application design in UML that will be just that facilitate the management of human resources. However, in order to work properly, it must be based on quality analysis and realistic system requirements.
