Ocenění Slovenské spořitelny, a. s. pro účely fúze

Abstract

The main target of diploma thesis is to evaluate financial situation and to determine value of Slovenská spořitelna, a. s. with two-step yeald valuation method, at link on available information and strategic bank analysis for merge purpose. Theoretical section is oriented on financial bank indicators description. It provides a brief overview of financial institution valuation methods surveying on two-step yeald valuation method. These obtained knowledges are used on practical section, which started with Slovenská sporiteľňa, a. s. performance, appretiation of its financial situation on financial analysis basis. Strategic analysis is oriented on economic development in Slovak republic and its future estimate. The final bank valuation is implemented with selected method. This valuation formulate real view about the whole bank value as a consolidate society for merge purpose. The degree work conclusion is an interpretation of individual analysis and valuation. The result is recommendation for optimal bank value determinantion in different market terms.
