Jan Česelský, Ph.D. The subject of the diploma thesis is the processing of the investment plan for the regeneration of a brownfield that will be used for a residential function. The theoretical part of the work provides an insight into the preparatory materials in the field of investment in the construction industry and knowledge from the issue of brownfields. The specific processing of the investment project is preceded by an analytical part, the goal of which is to set criteria on the basis of which the suitability of locations for housing is determined. Subsequently, an investment plan with a variant layout solution is processed for the selected brownfield. The selected option is elaborated in more detail in the text and graphic sections. The result of the work is the evaluation of the economic efficiency of this project.
