Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the risk assessment of the new production of aluminum tubs intended as storage tanks for electric cars. The first part contains research and obligations arising from current legislation. It also discusses the key steps of risk assessment and the methods by which it can be performed. The second part is already focused on the characteristics of the selected company, a description of work activities and machinery of new production, statistics on occupational accidents and the selection of methods for subsequent risk assessment. This part also contains the application of selected methods, a description of the proposed measures for the most serious risks, the suggestion of personal protective equipment and a proposal for work categorization solutions.
