Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find an optimal legal form for a foundation of a social enterprise by civic association CENTROM. In theoretical part of the thesis, issues are theoretically grounded, in practical part of the work, a summary of legal forms of business is created, and by comparison, the optimal legal form is chosen.
