Legislativní a normativní rámec výstavby vláknově optických tras

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create general overview of the laws, norms and standards that we may encounter in the construction of optical access routes. In the bachelor’s thesis, the legislation is described theoretically, but it also contains the practical use of standards and laws in the developed project for the optical path. This work will help students to get an idea of what it all means to create an optical route and what must be taken into account in its implementation, so that the route can be approved by the building authority. The work contains a total of 3 hypothetical optical paths from point A to point B and their approximate price calculation. In the conclusion, it is evaluated which route is the most advantageous for construction from a financial point of view, but it also takes into account the complexity of creating a project, excavation work and negotiations with landowners.
