Abstract

This baccalaureate thesis' aim is cost analysis of oilseed rape cultivation for biodiesel production. The first part of this thesis is concerned with biofuels and their importance. It describes vegetable oils and biodiesel. The next theoretical part characterizes biomass and oilseed rape as a plant intently grown for getting energy. The empirical part focuses on cost analysis of growing this commodity at Agricultural Cooperative in Polanka nad Odrou.
