Hospodaření příspěvkové organizace vykonávající současně činnost základní školy a dětského domova

Abstract

A subject of this thesis is a financial management of allowance organization practising activities of basic school along with children's home. The aim of this work is to determine, through basic techniques of financial analysis, whether, under applicable rules of law with regard to their objectives and the quality of their performance, spent the organization in the years 2005 - 2010 the entrusted funds economically, and whether they payd enough attention and devoted efforts to other options for obtaining funds for their activities. The second chapter is devoted to the theoretical part. It provides basic information about contributory organizations established by state and municipal governments, given the focus of the thesis in detail with organizations engaged in school activities and educational facilities and with organizations providing institutional and protective education. The third chapter contains basic information about the selected contributory organization and analysis of its management. Evaluation of results and suggestions for possible improvements are presented in fourth chapter of the thesis.
