Abstract

The thesis presented herein contains a proposal for sale of a Security agency company to a direct inquirer, including the list of individual procedures and steps to follow. It is compounded of detailed information about the functioning of the company not only from the marketing, but also from the financial point of view, mainly the company history, market positioning, financial statements and company risks and it also outlines its growth potential and future development. An integrative part of the thesis are also the master contracts used for the transaction, such as the secrecy and agency agreements. In the end, the paper includes also the steps to be followed in case the agreement about the sale is reached.
