Abstract

The content of this thesis is a project of the administrative building, which will serve as the headquarters of the pharmaceutical company. It is a three-storey building with basement, realised from Porotherm walling system and ceiling panels Spiroll. The building will be located in the municipality Třinec and will be implemented on land that was part of the industrial komplex. Part of the thesis is the project documentacion for building permits according to Decree No. 405/2017 Coll., which amends Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. And its amendment No. 62/2013 Coll. [1]. It also includes thermal engineering assessment of peripheral structures, energy label of the building envelope, static calculation of one selected structual element. The annex is accompanied by a certificate od the energy performance of the building.
