Tradiční řešení na soudobých dřevěných stavbách

Abstract

Autor nahlíží na problematiku staveb ze dřeva z trochu jiného pohledu – kategorií architektonické kompozice, výběru materiálu i konstrukčních detailů tradičních ověřených řešení na soudobých stavbách. Upozorňuje, že stavba ze dřeva tj, z tyčových základních prvků, má jinou tektoniku i detaily, a nemůže být jen jednoduše převedena z architektonických forem masivních staveb zděných či litých. Autor se nepokouší o encyklopedický výčet, ale o zdůraznění některých zapomenutých atributů staveb ze dřeva, od barevnosti, uložení nad terén i opracování čel dřevěných prvků, které jsou v současnosti značně opomíjeny, o zbytečných nekrytých trčících konstrukcích a šroubových či plechových spojích nemluvě …

The author takes a slightly different point of view when looking at the field of wooden constructions, their architectonic composition, material selection, and contemporary adaptations of traditional construction details. The author warns that a building made out of timber columns and beams has different tectonics and details and cannot be simply adapted to architectural forms of massive buildings made with masonry or pouring, from concrete to 3D printed. The author doesn't do an encyclopedic listing, but highlights forgotten coloring and timber joints in wooden buildings, neglected timber head finishing, useless overhanging constructions, and terrible screw connections.
