Financování investiční akce v podmínkách vybraného podniku

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of the selected options of financing investment project and to find the most economically advantageous source for a selected company. The company has already purchased land with buildings and wants to know the alternatives financing the reconstruction of these buildings, unless they will not meet all of the conditions to accept a subsidy. The management of the company wants to confirm their own selection of financing investment project. The thesis is devoted of the theory of small and medium-sized businesses with a focus of financing investment. Selected sources are analyzed using the method of discounted expenditures, which is based on quantification of future expenditures associated with the analyzed source of funding. The most economically advantageous source is the source, which reached the lowest value. At the end of the thesis is recommended the most economically advantageous source for the company to financing investment project if the conditions to accept a subsidy will or will not be fulfill.
