Návrh postupu pro implementaci 5S na vybraném pracovišti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a procedure for the implementation of the 5S method in a workshop under Siemens, s.r.o., which aims to improve efficiency, organization and productivity in the workplace. The theoretical part deals with Lean management in the context of continuous improvement. It also describes the basic elements of the Kaizen concept, outlines the types of waste in processes, and finally presents the principles and the way of implementing the 5S method in the work environment. In the following practical part, the current working conditions in the workshop were analyzed and areas that can be improved by implementing the 5S method were identified. As a result of this analysis, a draft procedure for the implementation of the 5S method was developed with specific steps and recommendations for each phase of implementation.
