Abstract
The graduation theses compares the density and strengh of product made from a mixture of alkali-activated granulated blast furnace slag and metakaolin after 2, 7 and 28 days. These compounds are combined in certain proportions. As the alkaline activator used sodium-silica glass. Furthermore, based on the pH of the extracts from each petrifaction samples, investigated the hydration processes in systems GVS – metakaoline. The pH of the extracts showed formation of hydrated-aluminosilicates thad bind Na+ ions.
