Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the customer satisfaction research into services provided by S.D.G.Technik. The thesis is divided into six parts. Part 1, the introduction, is followed by Part 2 presenting the marketing research theory. In Part 3 the history of company management to the present days is described. Part 4, the principal part of the thesis, is the actual marketing research performed by means of a questionnaire in the form of direct questioning. Part 5 provides suggestions and recommendations for improving company services. In the conclusion, the evaluation of the thesis is presented.
