Aplikace požadavků norem amerického ropného průmyslu na proces managementu změn v hutní společnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá určitými požadavky normy API Spec. Q1. Tyto požadavky se zabývají používáním procesu managementu změn při změnách v organizační struktuře nebo klíčových pracovních pozicích. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo teoretické popsání řízení změn, analyzovat a popsat stávající přístup organizace k managementu změn a navrhnout zlepšení tohoto procesu. Zjištěné nedostatky byly následně použity v návrhu nového postupu. Nový postup se skládá z celkem deseti kroků, které se postupně zaznamenávají do nově vytvořeného formuláře pro tento proces. Vytvořený nový postup byl následně aplikován, na již zmíněné požadavky normy API Spec. Q1, k čemuž byl i použit nový formulář.

This diploma thesis deals with specific requirements of the API Spec. Q1 standard. These requirements are dealing with the use of the change management process for changes in the organizational structure or key job positions. The main goal of this diploma thesis is theoretical description of the change management, the analysis and describing the current approach of the organization to the change management and suggest improvements of this process. The identified insufficiency were subsequently added to the proposal for a new procedure. The new procedure consists of ten steps which are gradually recorded to a newly created form for this process. The created procedure was subsequently applied to already mentioned requirements of the API Spec. Q1 standard for which the new form was used.
