Abstract

The topic of the thesis are employee benefits. The aim of this thesis was to analyze the current system of employee benefits in company Brano and propose changes in the provision of benefits. The thesis is divided into several parts. In the second charter as first will be described general theoretical aspects of motivation and reward employees. The third part of the thesis deals with various types of employee benefits that employers can provide their employees, including accounting and tax aspects of the employer and the employee. The last chapter is devoted to the practical application of the chosen company. The contents of this section are specific employee benefits that are provided to employees under a collective agreement. This chapter is a survey conducted among employees.
