Abstract
The goal of this thesis named „Realization of strategic analysis of a selected company“ is the implementation of strategic analysis of the aforesaid company and mark out its strengths and weaknesses, threats and opportunities which lead to proposing some actions needed to be more effective from strategic view. In the theoretical part there are basic terms explained, such as meaning and structure of strategic analysis, the concept of strategy or strategic mission of the company. In the following part there are described some methods which can help with analyzing of internal and external surroundings of the company. The results of the selected analysis are then summarized in the SWOT analysis, which serves as a basis for concrete strategic recommendation for the company that was analysed in the practical part of the thesis. Based on evaluation the strategy and recommendations to its conduct were designed.
