Zhodnocení kvality vody Sušanských rybníků v katastru obce Havířov-Suchá

Abstract

The diploma thesis evaluates the water quality in the area of the Sušanecké ponds, for this purpose 4 monitored profiles were chosen: the tributary of the Sušanka river – the Dolnosušský stream, which forms its outlet subsidizing the complex of ponds, two ponds and the subsequent outflow into the Sušanka river. Monitoring took place at a 14-day interval in the period from March to October 2022. The monitored parameters were: temperature, O2, pH, conductivity, turbidity, nitrates, ammoniacal nitrogen, total phosphorus, chlorophyll-a, CODCr, BOD5 and metals – Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Ni, Pb, Co, Cd and Cr. The results were evaluated according to the standard ČSN 75 7221 and government regulation No. 401/2015 Coll. Based on the evaluation of the data, it was found that the area of Sušanecké ponds do not meet the government regulation limit values for three out of ten parameters. According to the standard, this area is largely classified as class IV. A more detailed description can be found in chapters 7 and 8 of the final thesis.
