Abstract

This thesis deals with the assessment of the influence of the effect of the mulch ash chemical composition at its melting temperature. To change the chemical composition of the ash to be used, alkali metals (potassium chloride in a mixture of potassium), alkaline earth metals (calcium in the mixture of calcium oxide), and phosphorus (in a mixture of dibasic potassium phosphate). Fusibility of ash was determined as no additives and with additives and has been evaluated, whether the assumptions are met in the literature - that the melting point of the alkali metals are reduced, alkaline earth metals are the melting point increase and phosphorus it depends on what the compound is. Concentrations of individual elements were chosen 1%, 10% and 20%. The last entry in a working definition of alkali index and its significance.
