Problematika úvěrů poskytovaných malým a středním podnikům

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou úvěrů poskytovaných malým a středním podnikatelským subjektům. Nejprve se věnuje charakteristice bankovních institucí a jimi poskytovaných úvěrových produktů, které jsou v současné době nabízených na trhu, dále se věnuje charakteristice malých a středních podniků, jejich vymezení, přednostem a nevýhodám. Práce dále pojednává o pravidlech při poskytování podnikatelských úvěrů, popisuje ratingové hodnocení klientů, následné uzavření a plnění podmínek úvěrové smlouvy. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je analýza a vyhodnocení nejlepší varianty financování podnikatelského subjektu ze sektoru malého a středního podnikání formou podnikatelských úvěrů určených malým a středním podnikům nabízených těmto subjektům ČSOB, a. s. ve srovnání s vybranými peněžními ústavy působícími v současnosti na trhu a především návrh možnosti optimalizace procesů financování těchto podnikatelských subjektů na základě jejich potřeb.

This thesis deals with issue of loans to small and medium-sized enterprises. First this thesis deals with the characteristics of banking institutions and provided credit products that are currently offered on the market, including deals with characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, their definition, advantages and disadvantages. The thesis also discusses the rules for the provision of business loans, describes the rating of the clients and the subsequent conclusion and fulfilment of the conditions of the credit agreement. The main objective of the thesis is the analysis and evaluation the best variants of the financing a business entity in the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises through business loans for SMEs offered by these entities ČSOB, a. s. in comparison with selected financial institutions operating in the current market and in particular the proposal process optimization options of financing such businesses entities on the basis of their needs.
