Abstract
Transport and unchanged quality of the chocolate mass is in the manufacturing practices of companies engaged in production and the formation of a very important part. It is still evolving and improving facilities for transport and storage.
The aim of this thesis is a description of the adjustments proposed and prepared by management and editing software visualization mass production of chocolate Nestle ZORA Olomouc Czech s. r. o. The described device was given the working title MOLCH. Very sophisticated pumping system operates based on the requirements of the production department and mass balances. The entire system used to draw all kinds of materials, only one transport pipeline. Molch is controlled by PLC Siemens Simatic S7-400 with visualization on the user panel MP370 and PC.
