Návrh a realizace algoritmů pro vyhodnocení změn rozložení vnitřních struktur v záznamu CT

Abstract

Design and implementation of the algorithm to evaluate changes in the distribution of internal structures in the image and performance ofexperimental measurements on real data. Based on the stated objectives were selected patients who underwent computed tomography examination (hereinafter referred to as CT) and repeated CT scansbecause of replanning. The measurements were the inclusion of two patients. The research is limited by the sample of patients undergoing this test twice during thetreatment is very small. The research was conducted in collaboration with the oncologydepartment of University Hospital Ostrava. Physical structure, which is focused therapy, during therapy changing its size andlocation. There is a reduction in irradiated volume. The results show that the difference in volume between the first and second examination is significant (at the same position that the condition of the patient during the examination). This difference in the volumes of thefirst patient was 45.4%, the sekond 20.5%). These results can affect the entire course of treatment and the potential consequences. Based on these results can be recommended in such cases, theproposal for a new treatment plan.
