Abstract
The thesis is focused on the consumer behaviour, direction of consumer behaviour, factors that influence the purchasing behaviours and decision-making process. The main goal of the thesis is consumer behaviour analysis on the green tea market. The practical part analyzes criterions of the decision making process to find out which criterion are the most evaluated at buying green tea, find spontaneous knowledge of the marks and consumer habits of customers. The method used in research is electronic and written questionnaire. Result of thesis is recommendation on this issue.
