Komparace managementu florbalových klubů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá komparací managementu florbalových klubů na nejvyšší sportovní úrovni u nás a ve Švédsku. Konkrétně se jedná o kluby 1.SC WOOW Vítkovice a IBK Dalen. Teoretická část této práce vymezuje klíčové pojmy související se sportem, sportovními organizacemi, managementem a získáváním financí do oblasti sportu. Cíl práce byl realizován v praktické části samotným porovnáním managementu těchto florbalových klubů při využití metod práce s dokumenty, SWOT analýzy, rozhovorů s pomocí členů vedení klubů a porovnáním hospodaření. Věřím, že tato práce může přinést nejen pro manažery zkoumaných klubů motivy a doporučení k odstranění nedostatků a zvýraznění svých předností.

This project deals with the comparison of the management of the floorball clubs, specifically at the highest level of sports in our country and in Sweden. In my project I am going to compare the following floorball clubs – 1.SC WOOW Vitkovice and IBK Dalen. The theoretical part of this paper defines the key concepts related to sport, sports organizations, management and acquisition finance in the field of sport. This objective has been realized in practice by comparing the actual management of floorball clubs using methods of working with documents, SWOT analysis, interviews with members of the management of clubs and comparing the management. I believe that this work can provide not only for managers surveyed clubs themes and recommendations to address shortcomings and highlight its advantages.
