Abstract

The Bachelor Thesis evaluates and identifies the current situation of job satisfaction and employee motivation at Silgan Ltd. using a survey. Based on the survey are suggested arrangements that could lead to improvements in job satisfaction and increase employee motivation. The Thesis is dividend into theoretical and practical. The theoretical part includes basic principles of satisfaction and employee motivation and closer introduction of Silgan Ltd. The practical part assesses employee satisfaction and motivation by survey. The collected results of marketing research should help to improve current state of motivational program and employee job satisfaction.
